Section 01ID: TOS-SCP-01
1. Acceptance of Terms & Scope of Operations
By accessing the diagnostic materials, technical runbooks, scripts, or systems hosted on SnapshotDelta Notebook, you agree without reservation to these Terms of Service. These provisions constitute a legally binding agreement between you or your organization and SnapshotDelta Notebook Engineering.
Our deliverables focus on storage snapshot inspection, baseline delta differential algorithms, volume tree comparisons, and file allocation mapping. If you represent an enterprise or institutional entity, you warrant that you maintain sufficient authority to bind said entity to these binding rules.
Usage of reference materials directly referencing
WizTree data parsing modules or
storage documentation guides constitutes immediate execution of this acceptance threshold.
Section 02ID: TOS-MTH-02
2. Diagnostic Methodologies & Data Telemetry
SnapshotDelta Notebook issues engineering procedures intended for non-destructive storage delta diagnostics, block footprint audits, and file system differential tracking. You agree to use these methodologies exclusively within environments you own, manage, or hold explicit authorization to inspect.
- Execution of differential analysis runs and storage snapshot comparison commands must strictly obey local hardware policies and security baselines.
- Users must independently verify that snapshot consolidation, shadow copy retention, or live filesystem sweeps do not destabilize production IOPS ceilings.
- No automated scraper, crawl pipeline, or denial-of-service tool may target our documentation nodes or reference APIs.
Telemetry parsing procedures explained in our storage delta case studies must not be repurposed for reverse engineering third-party storage hypervisors in contravention of existing software licenses.
Section 03ID: TOS-IPR-03
3. Intellectual Property Boundaries & Script Licenses
All text frameworks, architecture schematics, comparative benchmark datasets, mathematical formulas for block differentiation, and proprietary automation routines are the intellectual property of SnapshotDelta Notebook and protected under international copyright statutes.
Permitted Operations
Local caching for internal infrastructure troubleshooting, non-commercial reproduction of diagnostic scripts for single-organization maintenance, and technical citations referencing our publications.
Prohibited Operations
Commercial resale of our compiled datasets, mirror reproduction of complete technical guides, brand rebranding without contractual assignment, or removal of source author watermarks.
Third-party software identifiers, utility titles, or file system marks mentioned across documentation remain the exclusive property of their respective holders, covered in detail within our Disclaimer & Publication Notice.
Section 04ID: TOS-COM-04
4. Commercial Retainers & Advisory Engagements
Where client organizations retain SnapshotDelta Notebook engineers for direct diagnostic consulting, performance optimization audits, or bespoke delta comparison pipelines, terms shall be governed by formal statements of work (SOW) supplemented by these conditions:
Invoicing TerminologyNet-30 Standard Electronic Transfer
Late Penalty Ratio1.5% per 30-Day Overdue Cycle
Diagnostic Data Retention90 Days Following Audit Finalization
Section 05ID: TOS-WAR-05
5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
All documentation, scripts, benchmarks, and architectural guides are furnished on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. SnapshotDelta Notebook disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular storage topology, and non-infringement.
Comprehensive Damage Ceiling:In no event shall SnapshotDelta Notebook, its engineers, contributors, or contractors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from filesystem corruption, volume degradation, snapshot synchronization loss, downtime, or business interruption.
Total cumulative liability under any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the aggregate monetary sum remitted by you directly to SnapshotDelta Notebook in the three (3) calendar months preceding the claim event.
Section 06ID: TOS-JUR-06
6. Statutory Governance & Compliance Inquiries
These Terms of Service are constructed and interpreted in adherence to commercial enterprise standards and applicable regulatory jurisdiction. If any provision of these terms is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable by an authoritative tribunal, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity of remaining clauses.
